Since 2006, Red Nation TV has presented more than 300 films, documentaries, shorts to online public television audiences. The RNCI Red Nation Awards Ceremony is broadcast on the Red Nation TV in celebration American Indian Heritage Month, every November. Red Nation Television Network is the largest showcase and content provider for Native independent documentaries, feature films, original programming, children programing, music video, talk shows, comedy series, anywhere in the U.S. and internationally, premiering new works each season from the native perspective.

Red Nation Television Network – Native is Here, content is often character driven stories, and are known for compelling storytelling, innovation, and diversity. Red Nation TV welcomes individual expression and is committed to presenting diverse points of view, on topics suited for a national audience.

When selecting programs, Red Nation TV considers a range of factors, including the quality of the filmmaking, the timeliness of the story, and audience appeal. Programs should offer a fresh perspective, especially if the topic has been explored on other outlets.

Red Nation TV seeks to present the U.S. television broadcast premieres, however we will consider a work of special merit that has had very limited television exposure.

Please make sure that your film meets the following eligibility requirements:

Red Nation TV accepts advanced rough cuts, fine cuts or completed films, documentaries, shorts, international indigenous films and docs, comedy specials, talk shows, music videos, PSA’s, kids programming.

Red Nation TV accepts all styles of nonfiction film including POV, social issue, experimental, animation, PSA’s, etc.

Red Nation TV accepts submissions at any length.

Red Nation TV accepts independently produced work solely authored by individuals.

Programs must meet Red Nation TV broadcast standards, and Red Nation TV technical guidelines.

All producers will be notified of Red Nation TV acquisition decisions as soon as we have screened and fully evaluated your submission. Most filmmakers will receive a response from Red Nation TV within two months from the day of submission.
